JUNK FOOD AT THE HARDLY STRICTLY BLUE GRASS FESTIVAL
Earlier this month our Junk Food women's graphic artist Christina headed north to San Francisco to visit the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. Set in the famous Golden Gate Park the annual festival is free and attracts some awesome artists, including, this year, Thurston Moore, Hugh Laurie, Kurt Vile & The Violaters, Broken Social Scene, Elbow, Gomez and even Chris Isaak!!!?
The festival seems to grow in popularity every year and so Christina was there flying the Junk Food flag and scoping out all the emerging fashion/music trends.
Christina and friend are both wearing tees from our Junk Food Originals Spring line....it's a sneak peek...keep your eyes peeled for these in the new year... :)

THE DECEMBERISTS
….played live at The Greek Theater in L.A. last week. The Greek is an epic amphitheater located in Griffith Park that is an incredible live venue, especially in the summer! Seeing the Decemberists there, supported by Wye Oak, was an amazing experience x x

SUNDAY FUNDAY AT THE FLEA
Since moving to L.A. my Sunday routine now typically consists of a yummy brunch at one of the hundreds of cafes in my neighborhood (I'm aiming to get through them all…), and then heading to the Melrose Trading Post, on Melrose and Fairfax, for a post-brunch rummage. This place is seriously a goldmine, especially for jewelry and accessories.
There's always a few wildcards thrown in there…..
But it definitely proves inspiring for designing some of our licensed vintage tees.
…and for my summer handbag hunt….
