THE FARLEY PROJECT FUNDRAISER

This past Thursday Junk Food sponsored an event put on by Kravetz PR benefiting The Farley Project, an effort to put an end to bullying. We had a great turnout, with celebrity appearances by Wrabel, Steven Cojocaru, Louis Van Amstel, Scott Bakula, and Layla Kayleigh. We had an amazing time listening to live music by Wrabel, drinking delicious lemonade from Hubert's, and raising awareness for the bullying epidemic that is sadly sweeping our nation. JUNK FOOD LOVES P.S. ARTS

This weekend Junk Food lent its support to the P.S. Arts 'Express Yourself' event in Santa Monica! It was a fun event for kids and also supports an awesome cause - P.S. Arts are committed to creating and maintaining art education to every child in the community.  Junk Food created a super cute tee for the event!

OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

Junk Food is proud to work with the NFL to create a pink ribbon tee, exclusively available at Bloomingdales, to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness month.  We took part in the Pink Ribbon event in Bloomingdales NYC, where New York Giants punter Steve Weatherford turned up to show his support. Check out the photo of him below with our tee!

JUNK FOOD X NFL X BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

Junk Food Clothing has teamed up with the NFL to create an Breast Cancer Awareness tee, featured in this month's People Style Watch magazine.  The tee, which will be available exclusively at Bloomingdales as part of Breast Cancer Awareness month, will be retailed at $36, with 100% of the proceeds donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

It's a great cause, which we are proud to be involved with, and one that I'm sure you'll want to support! To kick of the month the tee will be launched at the New York city's 59th st Bloomingdales store next Tuesday evening, as part of their 2012 Pink Campaign.  New York Giants punter Steve Weatherford will be there to lend his support and sign autographs! Make sure to call in!

KEITH HARING AIDS WALK

The Keith Haring AIDS foundation, established in 1989 to raise awareness and fund AIDS organizations and children's groups, is at the forefront of the fight against the disease.  The AIDS walk NYC took place last week and, as of now, have raised over $4,000,000.  The event invites attendees to join together for a 10K walk through the streets of New York.  Junk Food was honored to be able to contribute by printing and donating t-shirts for the Keith Haring Foundation team.  Good job guys!

MORE ROCK THE VOTE AT SXSW

Wanted to share with you guys a few more photos and videos from Junk Food's time at SXSW. If you ever get the chance to visit Austin during that weekend then we highly recommend it...so much live music and good times!!  Our Rock the Vote t shirt campaign is in full swing and we were thrilled by the reaction to our QR scan t-shirts from both the SXSW crowd, and the musical performers! LA'S BEST PARK DAY

LA's Best is a fantastic local organization, set up back in 1988, with the mission to provide adequate after school services to children in vulnerable neighborhoods.   They recently organised a park day for students from Alta Loma, Wilshire Crest and Arlington Heights schools, providing the kids with an afternoon of fun and games, food and treats!  Junk Food was on hand to provide tees for the kids who loved them!
